Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

If VA isn't a fit in your first seven days, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment in full — no questions asked. After seven days, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but we don't pro-rate or refund the current billing period.

7-day money-back

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within seven (7) calendar days of your first payment on a paid plan. To request a refund, email jetemiapps@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account, with the subject line “Refund request”.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your subscription will be cancelled at the same time.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account drops back to the Free tier — your captures, tasks, and history stay intact.

After the 7-day window

We don't issue refunds for partial months or unused time after the first seven days. We'll always make exceptions for clear billing errors on our side — if you're charged twice, charged after cancellation, or otherwise billed incorrectly, email us and we'll fix it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry over the following days and email you. If we still can't collect, your account moves to the Free tier — no late fees, no penalty. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Chargebacks

Please email us first if something looks wrong on your card statement. We almost certainly can resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
