By using VA (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
VA is a personal virtual assistant provided by JetemiApps. It helps you capture notes and voice input, extract tasks, and organize your day. Features may change over time.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure, and for the content you create in VA.
Acceptable use
Do not use VA to store or process unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in VA. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.
No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetemiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using VA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
